Who We Are
threetasseldesigns.com is run by Three Tassel Designs, based in Austin, Texas. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Three Tassel Designs. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store runs on Shopify, and Shopify's own terms and privacy policy also apply to how the platform works.
Using Our Site
Please use the site only for lawful, personal shopping. Don't try to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site, and don't use it to break any law.
Products and Color
We describe and photograph our fabric as accurately as we can, including the designer, collection, and cut size, such as 1/2-yard cuts, fat quarters, and collages. Colors vary between screens, and dye lots vary between print runs, so we can't guarantee your screen exactly matches the fabric. Cut sizes are approximate, within normal cutting tolerance of about 1 inch.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products, or availability at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted. Receiving an order confirmation doesn't mean we've accepted the order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or an order looks fraudulent. If that happens, we'll let you know quickly.
Payment and Taxes
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our other checkout partners. We never see or store your full card number. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy are part of these terms.
Whatnot Purchases
Purchases made on Whatnot are governed by Whatnot's Terms of Service and Buyer Protection Policy. If those conflict with these terms, Whatnot's rules control for those orders.
Our Photos and Content
The photos, videos, text, and logo on this site and on our social accounts belong to Three Tassel Designs, except fabric designs, which belong to their designers and manufacturers. Please don't copy or reuse our photos without permission. Sharing a link is always welcome!
Your Content
If you send us photos of your finished quilts and give us permission to share them, you let us post them with credit to you. You can ask us to take them down at any time.
Limitation of Liability
We sell fabric "as described." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as the cost of a project or your time. Nothing here limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when. Changes don't apply to orders already placed.
